  • Amy Ary - Director of Billing

    Amy Ary has been with The Learning Center of North Arkansas as a full-time employee since April 4, 1995, after substituting in classrooms for several months prior. She worked several years in preschool classrooms and has driven buses for the center. Amy has also done waiver with a couple of the adult clients over the years. She is currently the Director of Billing in the Administrative office and has been in the billing department for many years now. She enjoys working at the Learning Center because the people she works with make it a fun experience!

  • Becky Brasel - Director of Public Relations

    Becky Brasel graduated from Valley Springs High School, North Arkansas College, and Liberty University. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree with a major in English and a minor in psychology. Then she received a Master’s degree from University of Central Arkansas in School Leadership, Management, and Administration. She has celebrated 35 years of marriage to Jeff Brasel, and together they enjoy life with their daughters Lake and Hannah because they have given them four grandsons to spoil.

    After 28 years of being a public school educator, she retired. Now she is excited to serve The Learning Center of North Arkansas as the Director of Public Relations. She works closely with the Site Directors to promote their local activities and family outreach. She also encourages a positive relationship with the entities that work with TLCNA to provide the best care for the children.

    She is excited to promote the opportunities that TLCNA provides to its communities. Through TLCNA, many parents can provide a safe learning experience for their children’s kindergarten readiness.

  • Gloria Brewer - Executive Assistant

    Gloria Brewer has worked full-time at The Learning Center of North Arkansas since August of 1996. She subbed for one year while working other jobs until she was able to come on board full time at the Center.

    She has worked numerous positions at TLCNA including Paraprofessional, Adult Services, Waiver Services, and many other places, as needed.

    She currently serves as the Administrative Assistant and enjoys working on everything from grants to annual licensing requirements to human resources duties.

    Gloria believes it has been a privilege to work at the Learning Center all these years, and she plans to continue as long as possible!

  • Chasity Horton - Chief Operating Officer

    Chasity Horton is originally from Memphis, TN, and has lived in Arkansas for 23 years. She and her husband have 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters. Her family is considered her greatest accomplishments and is a constant reminder to never give up and never stop advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

    Her career started approximately 16 years ago when she accepted a job just to have the same schedule as her children. What started out as a job of convenience quickly turned into a passion and a feeling of “this is what I was made to do.”

    Chasity believes in the services that TLCNA provides to the families in the communities and the reward has and will always be greater than the challenges. When she started working for TLCNA, she did not just start a job; she joined a family. Her desire is that every child and family served by TLCNA feels the same. She is excited to be a part of the TLCNA family and wants to continue to fight and advocate for the families in our communities.

  • Carrie Jones - Director of Therapy Services

    After a 19-year career in the insurance industry, Carrie Jones joined the TLCNA team as the Site Secretary of the Green Forest Campus. She served in that capacity for five years and then in 2021 became the Therapy Coordinator. TLCNA has not been just employment but is a passion which she truly believes in. As an employee and a parent, she has witnessed the dedication of the staff to the enrichment of those that are served by TLCNA.

  • Brad Maberry - Director of Purchasing

    Brad Maberry graduated from Mt. Judea High School and North Arkansas College. He is presently the Purchasing Director for TLCNA after being employed at Fed-Ex and Wilson Combat in similar positions.

    He is excited to see TLCNA grow and build new childcare centers. His favorite part about TLCNA and his job is getting to work with all of the children and adults who receive our services. He loves the adult clients, and they love him!

  • Darla (Williams) McCoy - Director of Human Resources & Compliancer

    Darla McCoy has worked in childcare for over 20 years. She started out with Head Start in the 80’s, owned/operated Busy Bee Preschool in Huntsville for 10 years, and has been with The Learning Center of North Arkansas for 7 years.

    She grew up in Berryville and returned to her hometown in 2016. She has 2 children and 6 wonderful grandchildren. She loves to read and listen to many genres of music. She also insists that home is her favorite place to be.

  • Frankie Ragan - Information Technology Director

    Frankie Ragan serves as the IT Director who has a deep-rooted passion for scripting, programming languages, and backend development. With a career dedicated to managing enterprise networks and enhancing cybersecurity, Frankie's journey has been one of continuous learning and growth. His commitment to keeping pace with the ever-evolving tech landscape is driven by a genuine love for the craft.

    With a modest spirit and an extensive skill set, Frankie brings a wealth of experience to the world of IT, striving to make a positive impact with every challenge encountered. He works diligently to keep every aspect of the company functioning resourcefully and effectively.

  • Casey Reid -Director of Child Nutrition

    Casey Reid is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in business administration. She has been at TLCNA for a little over a year.

    She grew up in Berryville, moved to Alabama for 9 years, but is glad to be back home. She previously worked at TLCNA with the infants & toddlers. Now she is very excited about her new role with the child nutrition program. She is married and has 3 children, Kaiden 17, Baylee 12, and Easton 6. She also has 2 puppies, 1 cat, and lots of rabbits! She enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and crafting!

    Casey looks forward to seeing the growth and expansion at TLCNA and is happy to be a part of this wonderful program!

  • Keshia Scott - Administrative Secretary & Therapy Billing

    Keshia Scott began working for The Learning Center of North Arkansas as a Paraprofessional in fall of 2011. She was able to work in that position for 2 years before her husband and she decided to travel for a year.

    When they returned to Carroll County, she came back to The Learning Center full time. Since then, she has worked in the Enrollment Department and the Therapy Department. For the past 5 years, she has been working as the Administrative Secretary and Billing Clerk.

    Keshia claims she is lucky to work with a great team of people and is excited about the future of TLCNA.

  • Tasha Talley - Compliance Director

    Tasha Talley has worked in Early Childhood Education since 2004. She started working as a paraprofessional for TLCNA in 2015 and started her role as Site Director in 2018. She has many job duties, but she believes the most important role she has as Compliance Director is maintaining a positive, healthy environment and daily interactions with children and their families. She wants parents to be able to go to work and know that their children are in a safe, warm, and caring environment filled with love and learning.

    She is married with three beautiful children of her own. They keep her very busy with all their activities. She loves spending time at the lake with family and friends, reading, and traveling.

  • Kolby Watts - Staff Training & Education Director

    Kolby Watts has worked in early childhood for 8 years. He started his career at Heart of The Ozarks as a one-on-one para before coming to TLCNA. He has worked at the Berryville, Green Forest, and Alpena campus. Now Kolby helps each campus meet all the rules and regulations. He strives to make the learning environment as fun and interactive as possible. He looks forward to meeting the needs of the children and families! In his free time, he likes to garden, read, and generally be outdoors.
