West View Apartments
West View Apartments was established in September of 2004 and located at 101 West View Avenue in Berryville, Arkansas. West View offers 1- and 2-bedroom duplexes with all modern conveniences conveniently located in midtown Berryville. Tenants can walk to the local grocery store, town square and Community Center. The complex is spacious and well landscaped. Seven duplexes for 14 units were built for the purpose of serving adults with disabilities and senior citizens. Upon opening the project in 2004, the complex has remained at capacity and has a waiting list monthly.
East View Apartments
East View Apartments in Green Forest is located at 101 East View Court and was opened in November of 2007. The complex boasts 32 units with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units for multi-family housing. The apartments are spacious, well landscaped and overseen by a manager who lives on site and is available to the tenants at all times. The property is also HUD eligible and there are market rates available for those with a higher income than HUD allows. The complex is adjacent to the local post office, grocery store, pharmacy and is easily within walking distance of the school and the town square.
Arkansas Development Finance Authority funded the project along with tax credits purchased by Equity Bank to secure the remainder of the funding for the project.
The complexes are both managed by Northwest Regional Housing Authority in Harrison.
